New Interventions

Westwood School is pleased to announce the addition of Reading interventions for our students.  K-2 students will be participating in iRead. 3-6 students will be selected for System 44. 4-6 students will have the opportunity to be involved in Read 180. System 44 and iRead help students increase their reading skills in Phonemic Awareness and Phonics. Read 180 is a full program providing opportunity for building skills in vocabulary, reading comprehension and writing.

Westwood Students Dress for Success

How does a successful student dress?  Clothes that fit appropriately and give a positive message. Your job is as a student, so dress like you are on the job. Tennis shoes and socks are the preferred footwear at all Lodi Unified Schools. Please do not wear lycra or mesh shorts.  Students may wear hats for sun protection, but they should be plain, without writting or logo, and must be worn appropriately.
